You guys had my car for 7+ hours and the hitch cover is barely hanging on. Not sure why a manager wouldn't check quality of jobs done at your shop. I paid triple the price so I wouldn't have a hitch that looked like Uhaul did it. On top of all that the service advisor said it wasn't even scheduled to have hitch done. I talked with a lady twice to confirm my appointment and what it was for and on what date. Super disappointed.
My first time here and everything was great - the waiting area, the service, everything!
The service technician was excellent, and provided recommendations for service that were necessary to maintain the vehicle's performance. Everything was presented to me beforehand, and I could decide whether or not to have the work done.
