This dealership was extremely disappointing. The first thing they asked was whether my car had been in an accident, and I clearly told them it had not. Despite that, they kept insisting on it and ultimately claimed the car had been in an accident—something that isn’t supported by any report. In the end, I was charged $190 just for them to inspect my car, which they didn’t even fix. They also denied my insurance claim based on this incorrect assumption. I will preface this with saying I’ve been going here for 9 years and generally like the work this shop does. That being said, I always get paired with service manager Steve. There’s always something he has to apologize for, usually related to his lack of communication. I’ve had issues working with Steve for probably about a year now, maybe longer. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I had my car towed in 2 weeks ago they have given me the complete runaround about when my vehicle will be done , Ryan in service have been giving me different dates after different dates have told me my vehicle will be finished by today and I just received a TEXT MESSAGE (not a call) telling me that my car would not be done until Friday and they have no loaners available for me ! I have informed Ryan that i need this vehicle for work and he does not care whatsoever HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE
Kind and knowledgeable technicians, extremely condescending, dismissive, and downright rude manager. Refused to answer basic questions and refused to admit fault when the car drove differently (more poorly) after being picked up by my wife. After a tech finally looked at the car again, it was revealed that in the process of getting the car ready to be picked up, a part had not been replaced properly, leading the car to disconcertingly shake when driven by my wife.
