Kind and knowledgeable technicians, extremely condescending, dismissive, and downright rude manager. Refused to answer basic questions and refused to admit fault when the car drove differently (more poorly) after being picked up by my wife. After a tech finally looked at the car again, it was revealed that in the process of getting the car ready to be picked up, a part had not been replaced properly, leading the car to disconcertingly shake when driven by my wife. For over 16 years, I have traveled to the other side of the city to bring my car to Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside Service. I have always been treated with respect and outstanding customer service by every single person. I trust them and always highly recommend them.
At the Zimbrick Hyundai East location, we brought our 2016 Hyundai Elantra in due to a trunk recall on Jan. 8th. At that time, they also inspected our vehicle and found a few other things that needed to be fixed: all 4 tires replaced including mounting and balancing the tires, an alignment, and replacement of lug nut and wheel stud on the passenger side rear wheel. Very impressed with the service we received from Johnny. We were looking for a very specific vehicle and had driven through several dealerships prior to stopping at Zimbrick Hyundai. They had one on their lot and after test driving it decided to pursue purchasing it. He was working with a couple other people and was very attentive and made sure we had a positive experience. I recommend him, and Zimbrick Hyundai, to future car buyers!
