This place is awful. They will lie to you and tell you your car needs extra unnecessary work/ maintenance. All I wanted was a simple Oil change. They ended up charging me $800 and wouldn’t let me get my car back for 2 days until it was pains in full. All they care about is them selfs and making commissions. I will never go back here. They are precessional liars. Worst place ever.
I brought my Element in because of shaking in the front end. I was told the right cv axle needed replacement. After that didn't fix the shaking I was told the left cv axle needed replacement. When that still didn't fix the shaking I was told the intermediate axle would need to be replaced if the shaking bothered me. Oh yeah, they told me this almost as an afterthought WHILE I WAS PAYING FOR $870 WORTH OF REPAIRS!!!
