Best Honda dealership I have ever been to! Josh took great care of me. Getting me a loaner for a week and making sure my car was fixed well. They even washed my car before returning it to me
Not impressed with service. Appointment was scheduled for 7:00 am. My technician, Phil, was not at work at the time of drop off. Checked in by Stephen. He did not tell me that service techs don’t start until 7:30. At 8:45 I was still waiting for my car. Tried checking in with Lori (who was cleaning the coffee maker) on a timeline since I was now late for work. She told me I could check in with my advisor, who was nowhere to be found. Excellent Service Dept if you have a HONDA.
Courteous staff. Could do a little better at returning phone calls. Otherwise extremely happy.
