I literally would never buy a car from here again or recommend it to anyone. I drove two hours to purchase a vehicle. A month after I bought it, I received a parking ticket in the mail , the violation was in Madison. After numerous phone calls. I find out the license plates they registered to me they gave to someone else. And the license plates on my vehicle are still registered to the dealership. WHAT A MESS. And to top it off I’ve called them 3 times with no return phone call or an excuse how “managers are busy”.
When the sales guy learned what our budget was... he quit trying to help us. I don't think he liked that we were not going to buy today but instead next week. We were less than thrilled with this location.
Horrible dealership. I walked in trying to look at options for a suv. The car salesmen were reluctant to even offer to help. And when finally I engaged, the saleman, can’t event remember his name they were so horrible, didn’t seem keen on showing me the options they had. All he wanted to do was talk about wether I was buying cash or financing. Without even giving me the option of looking at the car, its condition, and seeing how it drives. The detail team knocked my truck out of the park! Especially with all the pine tree sap that was on it! The interior was immaculate! I'll definitely return for future detailing needs. Thanks again!!
