Another great experience working Zimbrick service department. Started with my service writer Stuart. I scheduled the appointment after getting a quote from Stuart for new tires and an alignment. I received emails on updates. The mechanic provided a video on what he needed to replace after inspection. I was able to pay online with an email stating the service was completed. I was able to drop off the loaner vehicle after hours with no questions asked. Great experience from start to finish.
I’m retired and I was looking for a car with a particular list of features for a volunteer effort that I am involved in. I had a Chevy that I very much enjoyed but it made what I do more difficult than it should have been. I decided to stop at Zimbrick Chevrolet to see if they might have something that would fill the bill. Usually, leaving the service department requiring donating an arm and a leg to pay for, in my opinion, a DIY part replacement service, warrants me to leave a review alleging at least a 100-200% parts and labor markup, but Andy and his crew took such great care of my truck that I left rest assured that my arm and leg will eventually grow back. Seriously, keep up the good work team, no complaints over here. Will definitely recommend.
