I came in for a routine oil change at Zimbrick Chevrolet and had a great experience. Scheduling was simple, check in was quick, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. Great service on my EV car.
I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Suburban from this dealership eleven years ago. I just had another oil change and tire rotation performed at 135,000 miles by the Zimbrick service team. They are always friendly and thorough in the service they provide. I wouldn't trust my Suburban to anyone else. This is an outstanding dealership.
Ben did an awesome job getting me a great deal on my new Chevy Silverado Trail Boss EV! Of course I had to take it through the mud on the first day I had it!
My car needed 4 new tires. The appointment was quickly made, the service advisor, Mr. Suiter, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am completely satisfied and thankful.
