I chose to wait in one of the comfortable waiting areas while my vehicle was serviced. I was kept informed of the maintenance progress as it was in work. Additional concerns regarding a couple of minor issues were brought to my attention. As this vehicle’s history was not in the Zimbrick system/database, and considering the mileage point, I thought it best to have the service technician’s recommendations of service performed.
Brought my Buick into for an oil change. They over-tightened the oil pan bolt to the point that I had to find someone to drill it out. Mistakes happen though, so I opted to give them a second chance when my ABS light came on. HUGE MISTAKE. Whoever is answering phones treated me with such disregard and disrespect that I can safely say I will never be giving my service to them again, warranties be damned. Purchased a 2017 Ford escape from David C. Bennett December 2022. Replaced a starter in May of 2023. June 18th 2023 car won't start. I have possed this vehicle for 6 months and already paid $1400 in services to repair or tow the vehicle. David C. Bennett assured me that the vehicle was mechanically sound as did the inspection sheet.
