Never again. GMC doesn’t stand behind their product. Poor communication between service managers, requiring re-explaination and follow up effort. Offered $500 for a trade in - Peddle offered $1,880. If trading in, I’d explore any other option than this stealership.

I chose to wait in one of the comfortable waiting areas while my vehicle was serviced. I was kept informed of the maintenance progress as it was in work. Additional concerns regarding a couple of minor issues were brought to my attention. As this vehicle’s history was not in the Zimbrick system/database, and considering the mileage point, I thought it best to have the service technician’s recommendations of service performed.

Brought my Buick into for an oil change. They over-tightened the oil pan bolt to the point that I had to find someone to drill it out. Mistakes happen though, so I opted to give them a second chance when my ABS light came on. HUGE MISTAKE. Whoever is answering phones treated me with such disregard and disrespect that I can safely say I will never be giving my service to them again, warranties be damned. Zimbrick stands behind their vehicles....Phil Liautaud & Chad Hazelquist are no pressure very knowledgeable salesman.... I've been dealing with Phil Liautaud for over 20 years, great guy! Tell them Frank sent you!
