Everyone was helpful and kind while dropping off my vehicle!
We had an 8:30 appointment, we got a call at 3:00 saying they had still not had a chance to look at our vehicle and it would likely be first thing in the morning.. we told them that wasn't acceptable. They called us an hour later saying they looked at it and there was an issue with the A/C that needed to be fixed. Instead of a same day repair it ended up being 2 days because they waited 6.5 hours after it was dropped off to look at it.
