After having all my service done on my 2024 gmc sierra at zimbrick east today was the last time. I asked them to look at the backup camera along with a oil change. They charged me $189 to tell me my camera is defective seems like common sense to me. Then I get my estimate $469.28 to fix the camera seems realistic. But $4076.59 for 4 new tires they recommend is all I needed to see to know I'm done with them.
Buying a car can be a frustrating experience, and we came in prepared for it, and it was even worse than we were ready for. The sales manager introduced himself, played the nice game and said stuff like "don't worry, we'll take care of you". Meanwhile the saleswoman we worked with said there was a $2500 off coupon, and the sales manager refused to acknowledge it and said they would instead do $1200 off for the "miscommunication". Everyone was helpful and kind while dropping off my vehicle!
We had an 8:30 appointment, we got a call at 3:00 saying they had still not had a chance to look at our vehicle and it would likely be first thing in the morning.. we told them that wasn't acceptable. They called us an hour later saying they looked at it and there was an issue with the A/C that needed to be fixed. Instead of a same day repair it ended up being 2 days because they waited 6.5 hours after it was dropped off to look at it. Jeff did an AMAZING JOB. From the moment I met him on the parking lot to when we got back from the test drive everything was Tip Top and professional. I had went to another dealership and was going to purchase a car but did not feel the warm and fuzzies and like the appreciated us, so we moved on.
