Dominic fixed our car. A timely fashion friendly service and did a wonderful job on our 2026 BMW convertible.
This was the single most unpleasant interaction I have ever had with a repair shop. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
Highly recommend. I've got a unique model BMW with a unique color and Dominic and his crew did an AMAZING job of form, fit, function and color match. I cannot tell that work was done. Additionally, they under-promised and over-delivered on the time frame. I hope to never have to use them again, but definitely know who I trust and recommend. Dominic at Zimbrick body shop.
My experience with Zimbrick European Body Shop was extremely disappointing for a facility operating under the Zimbrick brand. I brought my vehicle in for an estimate/repair and received it back with new bumper scratches that were not present at drop-off. Initially, management acknowledged the issue and verbally agreed to correct it. They even provided a rental vehicle while the situation was being reviewed.
