Excellent customer service!
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was well taken care of and they were so helpful and patient with me while picking out new glasses. I’m very indecisive and I didn’t feel pressured while deciding. I’d recommend them to anyone!
I must say - I'm always happy after a visit to Buffalo Optical Zilliox. Lisa is absolutely fantastic! She is very personable, patient, understanding and accommodating. She's helped me pick out my last few pairs of frames and I can tell that she wants me to be comfortable in my frames and happy with my choice - even as I agonize over making a choice.
