What a nightmare! Went here for cosmetic dental work, wasn't happy with the fact that everything they did looked horrible and hurt terribly. I have been in pain since December '16 and when I told them I was going to write an honest online review they hired a lawyer to bribe, bully, and silence me...I posted a picture of the very offensive letter the lawyer wrote me on Yelp. They still have my 4,700 dollars, and I'm still legally their patient. Unbelievable. Shop around.
Dr Miller is such an amazing Dentist i have NEVER had any problems with getting issues addressed. All the staff is wonderful and get me in whenever I need within reason, and they keep me informed throughout the entire procedure. I have never been afraid or worried about anything bad happening while under his care. So i completely disagree with other reviews regarding Castle Rock Dental Group. I highly advise other people to check out the staff and the work they provide.
