Extremely disappointing experience. I bought a sofa just two weeks ago, and it already has issues. I contacted the company expecting proper customer service for such a new purchase, but instead, I was met with unhelpful responses and a rude manager who refused to take responsibility or offer a replacement. It’s unacceptable for a brand-new sofa to have problems this soon, and even worse to be treated disrespectfully when asking for a solution. Unfortunately, the quality of products has gone down significantly.. I got a couch that was basically coming apart after a couple of weeks and they weren't sympathetic or helpful. They didn't offer to replace it and the manager was very rude and arragant :( sad
Lamya and Anna make a GREAT team. They are knowledgeable, hard working and go above and beyond to help you bring your decoration vision to life. A special group of girls. Love doing business with Zilli!! It’s the best furniture store in the GTA.
We visited Zillihome after a family recommendation. They did not disappoint! Great options and quality. Our sales rep Lamya was incredible. She understood our needs, had great taste and very friendly. We purchased a kitchen table set but will definitely be back to buy more furniture as we reno our home.
