As soon as we walked into the store, Magy greeted us and showed us around. She immediately brought us to furniture she knew we would like and she was spot on. We ended up buying a beautiful sectional with a recliner + extra storage (just what we needed in a condo). Great experience with Zilli from start to finish. The team helped us find the perfect couch, guided us with measurements and fabric choices, arranged delivery, and even assisted with setup. Friendly, professional, and helpful every step of the way.
A couple of months ago my mother ordered furniture from Zilli. They were solid wood pieces. They are well built incredibly good quality. The staff at the store treated her with respect during the design process and she had a great experience while she was there. Unfortunately, the 3rd party company Zilli connected my mother with to deliver to a lot of damage to our floors. She asked me not to post a review about this but I think people should know.
