Lovely service from Patchi and Anna. They know their products and very helpful with the selection.
My husband and I purchased a dining room set from this store. After 1 month use with only 2 people using the set the table had scratches. We contacted the owner and got a very insulting email stating they would fix it for a cost of $400plus HST plus delivery and redelivery. Natalie informed us we needed to use place mats or a table cloth to prevent this however at the time of purchase we were not informed of this. Why would we cover up this beautiful table .
