We had some quality issues on a large, 100% leather sectional sofa ordered from Decor-Rest through Zilli Interiors in Vaughan. We sent it back twice, both times through Zilli with video and pictures to back up our claims. Zilli, in particular Pres. Natalie and Antonella were patient, kind and supportive throughout these months and repair processes.
