I worked with Peter to rent an apartment for March 1 2026 and had a great experience. He was timely, communicative, honest, and helpful. He is familiar with the building owners and was helpful through the lease signing and move in process. I will reach out to him if I am looking to move again in the future.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a realtor! Peter is very friendly, professional, and helpful. He does everything in his power to provide a great experience and gets the job done. Always answers phone calls and text messages. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again. If you're looking for an apartment, he is definitely the guy to contact!

Vicky said my appointment was voided due to lack of communication but I messaged her more than 2 hours from our viewing since appointment was for same day, asking if the apartment had parking and responses 1 min from the time before the appointment saying “if I’m not there by 6:15 the appointment would be voided”..who said I was within 15 minutes from the viewing? The lack of professionalism just made want to avoid the office as a whole. Customer service comes first always!!
