Pésima empresa, no me respondieron al telefono de mis miles de intentos...tuve que pedir un taxi del aeropuerto a su oficina y te tratan borde y de forma maleducada y me cancelaron el alquiler del vehiculo por no haberme presentado (cuando ellos nisiquiera me cogieron el telefono cuando llamé al aterrizar) Es una estafa,... NO RENTAR CON ELLOS.
Got my deposit back on time and in full amount! Really enjoyed renting with them, I think ill come back.
When we arrived at the airport we found out that they just decided to cancel our reservation without any information.This company sent us emails trying to charge us more but informing us about the cacellation wasn't their priority. Unprofessional and unreliable, my advice to everyone just find a serious company if you don't want your vacation to be ruined.
