Just tried calling them to rent a machine, and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. She said I had to put the machine up in the air, and I told her i ididn't have anything to put the machine and asked her for assistance in what i could put it on, and she just tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible. When she said, "Sorry, can't help you" in a rude tone, I replied, "Oh, okay." and then she hung up the phone without saying goodbye. Such a great way to lose business. Rude.
