Got a bike fit done with Alex, best idea ever!
Enough time has past for me to write a review of Zig's. It's up and down, that's for sure. So, I'll admit they don't seem to be a store used to shipping product, big or small. That's on me. Issue was, no one in Canada had the exact build of a bike I wanted in the size and on the newly discounted price (2025 model). Ziggy's did. Where do I even begin? Top to bottom, a 10/10 bike shop. I've dealt with everyone from bike fitting, to service, to purchasing gear and a bike. Every time I leave I'm always telling someone new how great the shop is. I have to shout out Alex who fit me for my bike and continues to help me tweak things. His knowledge is endless in not just fitting but also riding. As a physiotherapist I recommend all of my patients who are cyclists to go see him.
Excellent. From sales to service, this crew has got it right.
