I was in specifically for a bike fit and can’t say enough good things about it. Alex was great at explaining each adjustment and there effect. The store is really cool. Lots of parts and gear. All the staff seemed very friendly. Very comfortable environment. I would highly recommend.

I went to Ziggy’s because I was looking for a gravel bike to start doing longer rides. My daughter bought a bike from them two years ago and had a great experience, so I decided to go back. Kevin took the time to walk me through my options and help narrow down what would suit me best. I ended up torn between a LIV Devote and a Trek Checkpoint. I cant say enough good things. Everyone at Ziggy's is phenomenal. Before I even went in to the store, I had called about a problem and they tried to help me trouble shoot over the phone. When I did go in, quite literally from the moment I walked in, I was helped out. For context, I had a problem with a bike purchased elsewhere, and the team was so quick and supportive. I just recently started going to Ziggy's Cycle, and I'm really glad I did. I had a Giant Escape go in for a tune-up and also purchased a Giant Defy. Kevin was excellent - extremely knowledgeable and a great guide as I entered the world of road bikes for the first time. A++ customer service. The Escape came out looking brand new (the winter special discount is really worth it), and everyone who works there is super friendly and courteous. I'd give 6 stars if I could! I highly recommend Ziggy's Cycle, awesome stuff.
