My one-stop shop for all things cycling in Waterloo. Incredibly helpful staff.
I was in desperate need of crush washers for my suspension and Ziggy’s was the only one of six shops I called that had individual washers on hand. They also got me the correct suspension oil poured out of their bulk bottles. Altogether, this saved me $80 by not having to buy 50-unit packs + enough oil to service a rental fleet, and also pay shipping charges on top of that. They are open until 6:00PM so that normal people have time after work to shop.
They were very helpful. I got a great bike from them. They put my bell and water bottle holder on for me. I was able to test drive different bikes on a quiet lane.
