In July I had my bike stolen from my garage in Waterloo. I called Ziggy's to get information on bike, serial # etc for police. A week later a man called the store to report a bike left in their backyard. The serial number matched mine. I was away on vacation at the time. Store staff went out of their way to arrange to pick up my bike and keep at the store until I returned home. I just wanted to let you know that I completed my first 160km race this past Saturday. Thank you so much to Alex for the fantastic service, tips and knowledge during my bike fitting! The issues you addressed and adjusted for was exactly what I needed! Your staff were supportive and encouraging and I can’t tell how much that meant 😊 I will definitely be back for any future tune ups and a some point a new bike!
I got a flat and stopped in today expecting to have to leave my bike but it was repaired and done in 10 mins. super impressed with the service here and Kevin was extremely helpful!
