I got a flat and stopped in today expecting to have to leave my bike but it was repaired and done in 10 mins. super impressed with the service here and Kevin was extremely helpful!

Top tier bicycle shop. They can do it all and for a reasonable price. I have minor work done too and no charge. The new building in Kitchener has steps you have to navigate with your bike to enter but I think they have an elevator available if you need it.
Had a perfect service experience today. Everyone at Ziggy’s was friendly and helpful. The mechanic was smart and skilled. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing an electrical problem. The owner even got me a very good coffee while I waited. All at a very fair price. 100% recommend this shop.
