A coffee shop that doesn't have coffee at 7:45am. After waiting 10 minutes for a black coffee, I was told that it was going to be a while because they had to roast the beans. Not grind the beans. Not brew the coffee. Roast the beans. I couldn't believe it. Maybe you should open with that before someone waits around in your COFFEE shop for 10 minutes. We will not be going back. At first it didn’t seem like they offered simple coffee. Then I saw the latte menu listed at the very top. Was told the 16oz comes with two espresso shots. Ordered that and it was very good. Staff is friendly.Â
Never been to a place that struggles so hard to listen. You repeat my order back to me, twice, and still can't get a simple cup of coffee made right. Why ask what I want and repeat it back to me to only do what you want anyways??? Life's tough. Do better with your flavored water and hiring.Â
