Service problem: I dined in and ordered a sandwich. After 30 minutes I found out my sandwich was given to a drive through customer; they didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to make one right away, and didn’t offer a refund—until I asked for it.
Okay, but they wouldn't do a flat white so it's not great for espresso based drinks. Long wait inside as drive thru is priority.
