The coffee is good and the service is good. Staff is polite and friendly . The food is okay. Often it is not cooked all the way. I have to ask for it to be cooked longer because I have had my food frozen or cold in the middle half the time. Since management has changed in the last couple of years , the management staff is often rude and snippy. Ziggi's is the best coffee around! And the staff are always nice. They've never messed up my orders and have lots of options to customize your drinks for dietary needs.
The super nice ladies taking orders really took time to visit & make you feel like someone important, but just another order! I was here two or three days and each time the staff was AMAZING!!!!
