They used to be my favorite spot. I don't know what changed, but their service has gotten so slow, and they never get my order right anymore. The crazy part is that they will ring it up correctly, but it's like they don't read their own tags. I'll pay for what I ordered, but I never actually get what I ordered. Between that and the longer wait times, I just can't recommend this place anymore.
Very good food and drinks, though 4 cars in the drive through takes up to 45 minutes?!?! An extremely long wait time, do not recommend if you have places to be. Otherwise very good.
If you order inside you get prioritized last behind drive through and door dash. Today I stood there and waited 40 minutes for a single coffee. Every time I go here I go inside and end up waiting 30 plus minutes. Coffee good. Service is so bad.

Ziggis is my favorite coffee drive through in Ankeny. The drinks are amazing, baristas friendly, never had a drink made incorrectly, etc
