Kindness to myself and my husband during his struggle with cancer and Parkinson’s. We were treated kindly and warmly. No one kicking us out. Giving us great service and care
They always greet me warmly & respectfully. They have a nice variety of hot or cold beverages. I love their vanilla chai tea (cold). They know my order by heart. They ask what I’m doing today & if I’m doing anything fun. They’re fast & efficient. Far exceeds any Starbucks I’ve been to. Highly recommend!
First time visiting Hudsonville location. I walked in and was only customer, besides drive through customers. Ordered regular coffee with cream and a bagel breakfast sandwich. Coffee was not hot, not even warm. I asked if they could warm it up because it’s barely tepid. Help who was friendly said she had no way of doing that. Ziggi’s was fairly pleasant inside with plenty of comfortable seating and a clean, bright atmosphere. The staff was friendly and quick, and my order was ready shortly after placing it. I got the Colorado Mocha, which was very delicious. The menu was a tad confusing to me as I missed seeing the more traditional coffee drinks, which are there online, but the menu in the store mostly seems to focus on the sweeter drinks and energy drinks. Still, I was happy with my drink and would go here again.
