Went through the drive thru— they said they would bring my drink out but forgot about me so I had to go wait in line at the window

Love this place! Favorite spot to go to.
I came for the reviews but the breakfast burrito I got was smushed and the service was horrible. The girl didn’t even give me napkins or the salsa she asked if I wanted. The drink is okay. First time here and it was confusing to finally figure out it was just a drive-thru coffee shop and you can only get in one way and out one way. The lady that serviced me was horrible I wish I could take my tip back! The coffee wasn’t bad tho. I had a mocha latte. Wish I could get my money back for the burrito, that’s how gross it was.
