First time having a drink at this location because it was close to our gym. Went here for coffee on a Saturday morning. Staff is very friendly and the spicy Chai I got was delicious! Love the little chocolate coffee bean they place on top of your cup as well as the cute sticker. Chai was with coconut milk and was delicious. We sat at the little table outside, there are maybe 2 of these outside and not other seating so most of the folks appeared to be drive through customers. Recently had a disappointing experience at the Ziggi’s on Highway 52 west of I-25. On Wednesday I ordered a 20oz original Chai hot as I frequently do. I don’t usually say latte and honestly I’ve never had an issue however this day I was given one without any milk in it. It was just the chai concentrate, no milk and there was no tea bag in like they made a chai tea. On the first sip I honestly wondered if I had been given something that had gone bad. Im not sure why starbucks even gets business with these guys around. NOTHING AND NO ONE TOPS their white mocha, hot, reg milk and whip cream! Nobody!! Plus these guys have a way of making you feel welcome, that you actually count, that even though im just a customer , they make me feel important. Feels like they are actually happy to see you. Thank you for not only the coffee but the respect.
My experience at Ziggi’s Coffee has been excellent every time. The coffee is always fresh, smooth, and full of flavor you can really tell they care about quality. They have a great variety of drinks, from classic coffee to specialty and iced options, and everything I’ve tried has been consistently delicious. The staff is friendly, fast, and welcoming, even during busy times. Service is efficient, and my order is always made just right.
