Ordered coffee to go. Always good coffee. Much better than Starbucks and the employees are much friendler. The staff can knockout a line of 6 to 8 in the drive thru in just under 3 minutes. My experience with Starbucks in Frederick is they do more talking than working.
Went through drive through. Lines can get long but worthwhile. Coffee is good. Will need to experience some other coffee drive through in the area but long Lines gives the vibes something good going on and I would agree. Will be back for more.
Awful drive thru pick up experience
Unpleasant to pick up from this store- bad business practices that come off very unprofessional
I have been going to this location for over 2 years pretty much every day. These last two months have been horrible. A couple weeks ago I went on a Saturday (I normally go Monday through Friday). I was in line with nobody in front of me for over 7 minutes while the employees asked to pet the dog that someone brought up to the walk in area. Love my pups, but seriously, I’ve never sat so long just to get my order taken. And I just drove off at that point.
