To the owner- 2x messed up my food order. I love Ziggis. Die hard Ziggis fan. The last two times I have ordered burritos they have given me the wrong ones. I don’t eat bacon due to religious beliefs and I order the egg and cheese burrito. Both times lately I’ve been given the bacon and cheese burrito. Great customer service received by Anastasia! They’re all working as a team of course. However, the direct service from Anastasia was very welcoming and didn’t feel rushed. Thank you Firestone Ziggi’s, you’re all are amazing!
I didn’t catch the name of the girl who gave me my order but she’s extremely rude & has a bad attitude I haven’t been coming to ziggis as often as I prefer 7brew but I needed something quick & ziggis is a little closer to my work & I’m reminded why I choose 7brew! ziggis takes long & has rude workers won’t be going back
Ordered coffee to go. Always good coffee. Much better than Starbucks and the employees are much friendler. The staff can knockout a line of 6 to 8 in the drive thru in just under 3 minutes. My experience with Starbucks in Frederick is they do more talking than working.
Went through drive through. Lines can get long but worthwhile. Coffee is good. Will need to experience some other coffee drive through in the area but long Lines gives the vibes something good going on and I would agree. Will be back for more.
