My family and I have been loyal customers for years. My husband stops in at least once or twice a day, and between our kids, employees, and family members, we visit regularly. The staff knows my husband by name and even knows his usual order. Today, he forgot his wallet. Our business is only a few blocks away, and he offered to come right back and pay cash. Not sure if you guys got new employees or what but each time I get food from here it gets worse and worse. Who in their right mind shoves a warm cinnamon roll with icing all over it into a bag instead of a box? The food always looks like it was sat on,and I can't even get the right oatmeal I ordered. Either the new employees can't read and have the braincells of a rock or the old employees don't give a crap anymore

Really disappointed with this experience. I specifically ordered oat milk because I’m lactose intolerant, yet regular milk was still used in my drink. I ended up getting very sick afterward, and to make it worse, I was still charged extra for the oat milk I didn’t even receive. Dietary alternative requests are not just preferences for everyone, and this kind of mistake needs to be taken much more seriously. I will probably not be coming back.
