horrible customer service!!! why ask my name if you're not going to let me know when my coffee is ready??? I was sitting right there 5 ft away and you never said my name ... another customer had to let me know my coffee was done.....and I can't believe I tipped you......only been here twice and had awful experiences both times......thank goodness there's a Human Bean down the street...
