I was not having a great morning. I was missing a friend that passed way. We use to go to Ziggi’s together so I decided today I would go through the drive thru and grab a drink. The sweetest little barista noticed I was sad and she said, “Do you need any napkins? Extra beans… are you ok? I know sometimes it makes it worse when people ask but sometimes it helps.” And it definitely helped. Didn’t catch her name but she was adorable and just what I needed this morning. Great coffee, good pastries. Always friendly staff. Much better than the coffee shop that is number one.
We went in yesterday to go get some coffee and frappuccinos. For my wife and daughter and myself, the girl in some dark makeup nose pierced told us all machines were having technical difficulties could not make nothing for us, but she would be happy to you get us something else. Like a cookie, a croissant or a burrito. But anything else they would not do for us, not very good service, and she was rude. And i've tried to call no one answers, I've called twice.
