Taste and temperature is always consistent. I'm very impressed. Eggnog latte was too sweet. I couldn't even finished it, and that was without whip cream. The only annoying thing about it is the tipping culture. Why do they expect us to tip 20%, just for handing me a cup of coffee from the drive thru window.

If im paying $7 for an iced latte could you at least put the hazelnut in it as i paid for? So annoying. l im not driving back to make you fix it.
