I have never had problems with Ziggi's service till today. They're definitely not deaf friendly. I ordered online and decided to use drive through since I was having autoimmune flare up and not up to walking to the window. Manager wasn't happy that I went through the drive through without saying anything in their order voice box and rather that I come to the window. This normally doesn't bother me but I was already having a bad day and was looking forward to a treat. The employee at the window seems nice.
Discovered this place through Anthem Days. Loving their cold brew! My new go to.

Small drive-thru coffee shop with a walk-up window I believe. Similar to Dutch Brothers. They have really good coffee. Prices are reasonable.
I put in a mobile order and it was promised for 7:44. I got there at 7:45 and they said they were working on it. In the meantime someone pulled up to the drive thru, ordered there and her order was ready by the time she got to the window. I finally got my order at 7:57 and was late for work. My matcha was sickly sweet and hadn't been mixed at all. In the past my order has been wrong and/or late. I've been 4-5 times so I can say I have given the place a fair chance.
