No issue with the establishment itself. The employees and service were great, but the coffee itself was garbage! I had never tried Ziggi's before, but decided to give it a try after looking at their menu. I ordered the raspberry truffle believing it would be great(i love raspberry), but I was sooo disappointed... I could barely even taste the espresso. The guy at the counter was nice, but the “coffee” was terrible. I ordered a small cappuccino, and got a $6 cup full of light tan milk (no froth) with a faint hint of coffee flavor. Definitely no espresso anywhere in that cup. If you are looking for sugary desert drink, maybe this is your jam. Not for actual coffee.
I love that my coworkers and I have a local spot for an afternoon pick me-up. The promotion of new drinks always has us curious! We recently tried a few of the Dirty Sodas and they did not disappoint. Not too sweet nor overbearing with flavors. Great to have another option to fuel us. The friendly staff is always welcoming and we are proud to call this our local coffee shop.
We're traveling and my husband went to get us coffee to bring back to the hotel. He offered 2 coffees with "lots of cream and sugar". They even joked with him about how much is lots? He also ordered 2 cinnamon buns unheated. When he got back to our room the coffee had no cream and very little sugar. The buns were hard because they had been heated and got cold. Very disappointed. We'll have to go get coffee somewhere else. It was not good.
I absolutely love this location. The staff are all friendly and I am always happy with what i order.
