Be cautious buying gift cards at this location! My sons paid cash for a $15 gift card for my birthday and when I went to use it, surprise-there was never any money loaded on it. And the employees said “there’s nothing we can do”…. I’m now questioning every gift card I’ve bought at this location before. I spend a lot of money at Christmas for teachers.
It was a huge mistake to order the waffle/sausage/egg sandwich. That thing is so delicious that now I want another one. The server, Meghan, was just the best. Great gal. Just went back to this Ziggi's and Kenzie went out of her way to make my order happen. This made my day! And it was especially nice given that I have been locked out of my Starbucks account for three weeks and Starbucks can't seem to figure it out and let me back into it. Bad look, Starbucks. GREAT look, Ziggi's and Kenzie!!!
Saw employees vaping and hitting dab pens in store. Absolutely disgusting
Kenzie is the rudest girl at this place. I can’t believe they let someone with her attitude work here. I heard her yelling at another girl at the window and then she had the audacity to not top off my drink all the way when she asked. Telling everyone I know to avoid this place until she goes for good
Left house in cold wea For your coupon and was told it cannot be accepted because the owner wants to make sure employees are not stealing and various other reasons. Takes forever and always almost does not listen to order gets wrong ect and was not nice about it. I am on a budget so I left. Why would you put out a coupon to bring new customers in and then not accept it when they get there then have them leave make no money instead of making half the money that you would have on the drinks that you already made.
