Julianna at the East Pershing location in Cheyenne, WY has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. Myself and a friend waited at the walk up window for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, as she continued to ignore us, and service the line of cars in the drive thru, that entered the line well after we had approached the window. Worth getting off the highway for! Coffee and food were great. Best customer service I've had in quite awhile. Got our big order fast! If I wasn't passing through I would be a regular.
Super friendly and delicious chocolate covered coffee beans as a treat with my coffee! Happy about this stop!
I have been to this location a few times and although the staff is kind they have no ability to follow instructions. A cortado is a simple drink of equal parts 2 shots espresso and steamed milk. It is not a latte with extra espresso or a quad shot with 2 extra espresso shots and milk. I understand they don't have a button but when I explain exactly what it is I should not struggle to get what I ordered. It's not a complex drink.
