This review is specifically for the drinks. The customer service provided was outstanding! I just ordered 2 Pumpkin Pie Lattes and it seems as if there was no flavoring in it and it was a tad burnt. I didn't taste any Pumpkin in it. Coffee isn't cheap so I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the coffee I received here. Ziggis, in general, is normally my go to for coffee but this location was lacking flavor 😔Â
Great drive-thru coffee shop. Not always in this part of town as we normally frequent the Ziggi's on Yellowstone. However, the service here has always been quick and every order has been correct. Haven't really tried the food offerings, but we love the various blended drinks. If there was one downside, this is not the easiest to get in and out of if you have inexperienced drivers in the car. The turn from the pickup window to the exit curve is a little tight and could eventually cause some issues.Â
I won’t be going back. At checkout in the drive-thru, the payment tablet required a tip, there was no option to decline or enter $0. Forcing tips this way feels dishonest and inappropriate. I understand encouraging tips, but removing the choice crosses a line.Â
