The Drive thru cashier took my card that everyone touches. Then handed me the iPad that everyone touches. Then handed me an unwrapped straw... These employees need some training on safe food practices before I will be returning.Â
This Ziggi's has become intolerable. My wife and I visit a few different coffee shops in the area weekly when we come down the mountain. We recently encountered two younger women behind the counter giggling and glaring at an older lady with a special needs teenager. That's inexcusable! My wife was so upset she wanted to confront the two, but I talked her out of it. This is not the first time we witnessed inappropriate behavior from employees there. What is wrong with people?Â
Sour burnt coffee taste. Coffee shops in Erie are the worst tasting.Â
