So disappointed tried to go here today at 2:45 and the workers would not come to the window to take our order and they had even removed the buzzer from the window that you usually push for service.
love my iced caramel macchiato but the service is really what makes the experience for me at this ziggis. Everytime i’ve been, staff is so warm and welcoming and always asks how my day is. Candy and Peyton specifically!! keep it up 10000%!
Their large is massive! Love the little espresso candy on some of their drinks. They are very accommodating to modifications. Plus it's tasty to boot.
When I drove here I was expecting to leave with a smile, however, I left with nothing but a cloud over my head. The employee named Kandy was extremely disrespectful during our service and often brushed us off when we desired service.
Woman named Candy was EXTREMELY rude to me and my grandmother. Food was amazing (mango matcha lemonade) but would not return.
