I was genuinely excited to try the coffee at this new location, heard good things and had high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience left me more anxious than energized, literally. I ordered a decaf oat milk latte. What I got instead was a fully caffeinated drink. When I questioned it, the staff acknowledged the mistake and apologized. After a bit of a wait, I received what was hopefully decaf, but by that point, I wasn’t feeling too confident. Drinks are just mid. I’ve tried it twice now , one a coffee and one a chai and they both tasted watered down. Staff is exceptionally friendly though so this review doesn’t reflect them .
It’s hard to find a coffee shop that has both great food and drinks. The food is absolutely AMAZING! Their drinks are EXCELLENT! I love that I can customize their energy drinks. But hands down the staff is what brings me back. They are absolutely wonderful. If you have a coffee budget please take that budget to this ziggis location.
