I had very low expectations for this location after reading the reviews. I never had any complaints at the Katy location. The drive thru had all these out of stock stickers making my expectations even LOWER. HOWEVER, Desiree turned my experience around!!! She was very pleasant and easy to do business with.Service was fast and my drink was super yummy like the Katy location. I’ll return although I’m still bummed about Katy location closing. Yall have some big shoes to fill Richmond
I've ordered from here several times on doordash and wanted to go in person and take my friend to try it as well. Saturday was the first time I've been to the actual brick and mortar location and everyone was so friendly, service was fast, quality was still A1, and now I'm a rewards member which I couldn't have been before through doordash. It took them a while to get me my smoothie but the worker was a cutie so it’s all good
