Most inefficient barista I've ever encountered. 20 minutes for two cold brew coffee. All of that for subpar coffee.
So. I go out of my way for this now. Some facts. 1. Starbucks is gross. I'm tired of people telling me it's good. Unless you're getting something loaded with sugar the coffee is bitter and just expensive for what you get. 2. Dunks is fine. Because you get what you pay for. Although I can't believe a donut is 2 bucks now. So in-between those prices is this gem. My wife drink pumpkin or what ever the flavor is of the season. And I drink black ice coffee. Staff was friendly enough and catered to my allergies. I ordered a large hot latte. However, they basically poured me a cup of soy milk and creamer. After a few sips and thinking to myself, this tastes like the milk in a bowl after eating cereal I decided to open the lid. To my surprise, my coffee cup was WHITE. No coffee taste at all. I had to resort to stopping at a Starbucks and getting 2 shots of espresso - that did the trick.
