I originally ordered coffee and a cinnamon roll and then changed it to a chocolate muffin. I was still at the window when I took one bite of the muffin and it was so dry and chalky. I asked for her to exchange it for the cinnamon roll. I originally ordered. I was told they actually didn’t have another cinnamon roll and they wouldn’t refund me for something I took a bite out of or exchange it for anything. Horrible service and she was very rude.
Love ziggi's and this location didn't disappoint. Had an issue with our order but it was quickly corrected, great staff!
Beware when you order coffee! Ordered a cortado and ended up with what tasted like a luke warm shot of espresso with milk poured over top. Took 2 people to take my order - the first didn't have a clue and was asking if I wanted a 20 oz or 24 oz and hot or cold. 2nd person at least sounded like they understood what a cortado was. This was my first and last time trying Ziggi's.
