Everyone was so friendly and nice, the coffee was amazing! sadly not from here but will come back if i make it back!
Very bad customer service today. We were the only ones there to be told I will be right with you. Ten minutes later we left as no one took our order. Lost a customer for life because of this.
I love Ziggi's and go often. I don't go to the Thornton location on Lincoln that often but was shopping in the area. Walked in and NO greeting from the 4 workers. No music. No one acknowledged us there for at least 5 minutes. We stood at the counter and people kept walking by saying nothing, no eye contact, no "we will be with you soon" or anything. They focused on drive through and ignored us until the drive through was empty. Then "what can I get you?" with no smile or apology or anything. Won't return to this location. Aw... read more
