The drinks are good but too expensive for it not to be filled to the top
The shift lead is nice....nice enough to exchange my drink for a tea instead of a latte. However it's still a latte. Not an earl grey tea. Which has a distinctive taste to it. It's still a latte and a poorly made one at that. I was a barista for 6 years and the attitude sucks here. Drop this crap. If the customer wants to exchange the drink for something else that cost less than what they paid for, do it . I will never go back. Ever. The attitude here sucks. Poorly run place, two of the girls are stressed, two aren't doing much of anything. The one who took our order was pretty short with us. Very long time to make our drinks, had my husband's out then took another 15 min to make mine.
Super impressed. First timer. I've been to a lot of coffee places. This one is top notch. Nice ppl too.
i don't know how, but this location can never get their drinks made correctly. will not ever visit again
