THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I just spent 1 year in this place (Unit115) it was a horrible experience! UNIT 115 The building suck so bad you can hear everything from your unit, the dog barking all day on the next unit, you can hear and feel the vibration from the trash compactor that is located under the unit, there's construction next door, between the construction noise & the loud music they play just makes this place HELL. Office staff are more than helpful and willing to answer requests promptly. Package concierge and Hello Alfred are super amenities . Apartment building is consistently clean and tidy in all common areas. I feel safe with key entry system and happy with the level of privacy. I never hear or smell neighbors and I have a genuine respect for the team that keeps this community running smoothly. Great job guys!
RecommendedI've lived at the Zig apartments for about 10 months now. The building is nicely managed and maintained. The folks in the leasing office are very friendly and helfpul with any questions I might have. Very happy to live here.

I work in the leasing office here so I may be biased, but I love our community, colleagues, residents and neighborhood!
The Zig Apartments are absolutely beautiful, from the lobby and comfy lounging areas to the living arrangements themselves—and the location couldn't be more convenient. Public transportation is all around, so having your own vehicle to travel the city is by no means essential! If you are a student attending Seattle University and would really prefer to live off campus while still being within walking distance for class, I'd absolutely recommend checking this place out. I really dig the Zig :)
