When we first started using the clinic I was amazed. But after a couple of years you start to learn. Some of the nurses who answer the phone will lie or not even check with a doctor if they think they know best. I have had a doctor illegally add something in my child's chart. The nutritionist is rude and openly shows how she finds herself above everyone even offending our nurses; she doesn't even comprehend how to get a child to eat by mouth or she, once gain, thinks we are too stupid to understand so gives a ridiculous orde... read more

I rate Dr. Barry Zietz as high as they come, however; fourteen years under this care and the office staff has diminished in care. Two times now the insurance has not been processed or followed up on correctly. This time, the employee assured me she verified benefits, but my inquiry to the insurance company indicated she did not. I complained at being billed over $300 for costs that could have been avoided by waiting a week for the appointment; and this would be known had insurance been verified. I complained, twice.
