Their online appointments are not appointments. Irs a request for an appointment. You supposedly have to wait for them to call you back to confirm the appointment. Even though it gives you Appointment details. Showed up today at what i thought was my appointment time after making the appointment 3 or 4 days prior. Never received anything.
