Zielies is currently trimming for XCel Energy in my neighborhood. The work is so inconsistent in my neighborhood that I asked the trimmers today when they returned ( at this time they are like 5 feet into my property chopping away at trees that don't need cutting because they aren't even near the lines.) I said I thought that was excessive cutting and some of the trees up the road are left touching the power lines. "He asked me what kind of trees they were?" I said " I don't know, pine and oak?" Hired by Entergy to trim trees near power lines in my neighborhood. Horrible results! Cutting limbs 39 and 4 feet away from the lines! Cutting the entire tops off trees that would never even reach those power lines even at maturity! They don’t care what the neighborhood looks like when they are finished.

Terrible tree service company that takes advantage of Excel Energy. They came out in April '24 to trim trees back 10 feet from the power lines. Then came out today (7-8) and took the same trees completely out to the ground without a contract or proposal from either Excel or us. Dangerous and put our home at risk. Unethical company. Showed up unknowingly.
