Left terrible mess, did not finish job, did not do what they said. Left 83 year old widow in wheel chair with 3 huge pines on ground and did not finish job as promised.
My car was parked out in front of my yard and instead of Zeilies employees knocking on my door to ask me to move my vehicle before they started cutting the trees, they cut the trees and allowed the limbs to fall all over my vehicle causing potential damages. After I contacted the company, the manager made a mockery of my complaint and laughed at me on the phone. Very unprofessional and if I could 0 stars I would.
They were contracted by JoCarroll Energy last fall to clear our overgrown ROW (we actually had tree tops touching the lines). They cleared out an approx. 50' wide swath. Our line was installed in 2004 and this is the first clearing in 21 years. It makes no sense to leave something that will become another problem in a short period of time. As a Certified Arborist in Wisconsin I'm pretty shocked by what this company is doing in Ozaukee county. I'm assuming they have been contracted for line clearance because of our large data center project in Port Washington. When the data center topic was first proposed they said it would create local jobs but these guys are not.
