They provide little to no customer service at all. I have been contacting them for over a year due to their failed work, resealing my dampers. They returned them to me with a busted seal, causing clunking and banging in a vehicle when installed. I have conversations saved both via email, social media messenger and phone call recordings with the OWNER and one female employee acknowledging this.
