I scheduled an appointment with this office expecting to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist, but it was not communicated at any point during scheduling or check-in that I would be seeing an optometrist. I only became aware of this at the end of the visit. The intake experience was also concerning. The assistant did not introduce herself, and the interaction felt abrupt and lacked basic communication, which made it difficult to comfortably provide my medical history. I had an appointment today and saw Dr.Matt for a concern with my left eye. First of all, the staff provided an appointment quickly for me for which I was very grateful. Dr Matt was very pleasant and calming to this 78 year old anxious woman. After a thorough exam, he reassured me my eye shows no issues other than the cataract increasing as expected.
