Things are fast here, but not when it comes to hearing your story. I'm ADHD, OCD, and autistic. My communication is typically overly descriptive and repetitive. Despite that, I didn't have an issue here.
Great care from doctors. But trying to get someone to answer the phones or call you back with an RX issue was terrible. It’s been two days since I was supposed to start my eye drops. Still don’t have them.
Beyond amazing staff from start to finish! I had severe anxiety going in...front desk staff incredibly compassionate....everyone I saw was beyond amazing...highly recommend!!!
I have a new view on life now literally he performed surgery on both eyes. Doctor is the GOAT on eyes. Replaced both lenses with a super easy procedure and the light allowed in is like night and day. Wish I had this done earlier, I can drive now without glasses. So so pleased can’t say enough good things.
Zieker Ophthalmology provided an excellent experience for me. I had cataracts done in February of this year. I was very pleased at the professionalism of the staff and personalized care from all involved. Both the Ophthalmology and Surgical Care Center were caring, efficient and well- organized.
