Will makes sure to make contact with me when he arrives and asks if I have any questions about any of the treatments or processes. We’ll walk the property and he’ll explain what issues he sees with the yard and how he will be treating them. Yard already looks much better than it did.
Highly recommend Ziehler Lawn Care. Our technician, Will, has been fantastic to work with. He’s professional, knowledgeable, consistent, and genuinely cares about the quality of the lawn. Since using Ziehler, our yard has noticeably improved in both color and thickness, and Will always takes the time to answer questions and explain what he’s doing. Great customer service and great results. Very happy with everything so far.
The Ziehler representative seemed sincere and genuine - as far as my review the representative was a complete professional, however, we are not pleased with the service - our lawn went from bad to worse. We’ve done nothing different except hire Ziehler. The initial desire was to simply make our lawn look better and we are now being given a lot of reasons as to why it now looks the way it looks. Cannot recommend personally recommend for your lawn care. We will be looking elsewhere for lawn care.
James did great. Our first year using Ziehler and we love it so far. Great communication before and after the treatments. And we love how they take great care to close the gate when finished for the safety of our dogs.
Looks like Will treated my lawn today… wife said he was very professional and polite with her encounter! He was very thorough on our first service and even brought up or recycling bins while here… thank you Will!
