We had them do a program on a dump truck months ago. They call 1 day before the end of the year demanding more money because the forgot to bill the correct amount. Ziegler cat doesn’t care about their customers anymore, they just care about money. We recommend going elsewhere for your service needs otherwise they will possibly send a random bill many months later demanding payment for their mistakes.
