Rented a cat 265 and mulcher 112. This is how it went. The customer representatives were amazing. Answered my questions. Always available. Very friendly. Definitely 5 star. Delivery was about 5 hours late. Not Ziegler’s problem but it set me behind. The machine I had was new and well taken care of. The mulcher was good but I could have used a bigger one. Great for light duty work. A handout about the machine and mulcher would have been nice. Never operated a cat 265. Took a minute to figure it out. Still couldn’t figure out ... read more
