Always great customer service!
Do not buy their batteries. Bought 4 for nearly $1,000 in 2024. Was told they had a 5 year full replacement warranty, come to find out it's actually 2 years. 1.5yrs old had a battery running at 191 degrees, brought it down their techs claimed it was fine and my truck had a bad ground. Bought a fleet gaurd, been in the truck for 3 weeks now no issues. Hmm 🤔
My son brought in a scissor lift and was quoted a price. When he went to pick it up it was a lot more than they said but they took some off. It was still not what was quoted. I didn't know about it until 2 weeks later and it wouldn't hurt to call and see what could be done. I called and they said they would get back to me. And THEY DID THE SAME DAY! So impressed honestly. Rented a cat 265 and mulcher 112. This is how it went. The customer representatives were amazing. Answered my questions. Always available. Very friendly. Definitely 5 star. Delivery was about 5 hours late. Not Ziegler’s problem but it set me behind. The machine I had was new and well taken care of. The mulcher was good but I could have used a bigger one.
