Excellent team to work with, comprehensive explainations of all options and post installation queries. Very punctual and responsive to all questions. Courteous and efficient technicians and an outstanding receptionist. Have had pleasant experience with replacement of two units and routine maintenance over the last 3 years. Very satisfied and would recommend without reservation.

AC was not keeping house cold-- Ziegler appointment set up was courteous and efficient getting service here next day - thank you Meredith. David B here on time, efficient , professional and got us all set. I am now on the 2x/ year service contract.
David the serviceman arrived on time. He diagnosed that the problem was the capacitor in about 15 minutes. David clearly explained the problem to me and that the part was covered under warranty. Once he replaced the capacitor I was good to go. I appreciate the honesty and quality of their service!
