I’ve been living in a Zieben Group property for almost two years. The community is well-maintained, management is friendly, and overall it’s been a great place to call home.

You guys run the Summit at Renissance Park in Houston. How Can We Actually Speak To Someone Regarding Applications and info?? Every single call gets routed to the Zieben group. 0 emails gets responded to.
This company owns an apartment complex that I had done work at. I’ve sent multiple invoices and emails, left messages and they haven’t returned my calls. It has been almost a year since the time of service and yet the invoice is still over due! They use a third party company to pay the bills, they haven’t funded them the money to pay my company. I recommend not doing any service for any property that this company owns!
