My daughter supposedly had her car “detailed”. What a disappointment for the money she spent. Customer service was horrible. Where is the follow up with this company? Corporate isn’t doing anything. Please DONT take your vehicle there! It’s sad my daughter was a victim and out money. I encourage everyone who had a bad experience to contact corporate and also the local owner and management at this facility.
Needed the inside of my car detailed, and after having it sit there for 8 hours we picked it up only for it to be the most half assed detail I’ve ever seen in my life. My husband had to go back in and clean things himself because it wasn’t done properly. Not to mention we paid $180 JUST FOR THE INTERIOR. The guy at the desk clearly saw how irritated I was with the service I was given and showed no concern about correcting the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
If you like your vehicle the way it is, do NOT let these guys touch it. My fiancé and his cousin had their brand new trucks undercoated and they neglected to cover their VERY expensive rims, running boards, and the back of the cabs. After taking them back, they denied it and refused to give them any sort of compensation after they payed a ridiculous amount for it to be done to begin with. I bought a truck topper and when it came in it need to be repainted.That was 4 weeks ago and still don't have it . called the company they said about 2more weeks. Leer topper wants there money right away but not in a hurry to fix there problem.
Rob is a very nice guy. I had my truck rhino lined, rust proofed, and undercoated at Ziebart. The rhino lining is extremely thin and started chipping away shortly after having it done, they “fixed” it by globbing some over the bad areas and smearing it in with their fingers. The undercoating was over sprayed all over my inner fenders. Pretty sad for a professional job, should have just done it myself...
Good service off the bat then my rino liner ripped. Showed them how thin it was they agreed that it was thin. Then they patched just the hole and made it look like a 5 year old did it and even left his finger marks in it now making it look like crap.
